NORTH YORK: Police seek four after gunpoint robbery
Police said a 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl were near McKee and Doris avenues when a black Honda Accord drove past, made a U-turn and approached them just after 3 a.m. Tuesday. Two men got out of the car and walked up to the victims. One suspect produced a black handgun, pressed it against the male victim's neck and ordered him to empty his pockets. The victim complied, and the suspect stole ID, a cellphone and an iPod. The second suspect stole the female victim's purse, which contained a cellphone, cash and keys.
The two robbers got back into the Honda, which contained two other men.
The victims escaped injury.
The suspects are Asian and about 19 years old.
One is five-feet nine-inches to five-feet 11-inches tall with brown eyes and a thin build. Another is five-feet 11-inches to six-feet tall with brown eyes and a muscular build. There are no descriptions of the other suspects.
